- Monitor guest and employee activities for unlawful/illegal acts and attend court as required
- Monitor surveillance systems
- Investigate incidents
- Liaise with other departments to collect and investigate documents related to an incident
- Photograph/videotape and collect information pertaining to an incident
- Work in conjunction with the Safety Department on reported incidents
- Work with Loss Prevention Management on investigations
- Complete reports and follow-up in a timely manner as required
- Documentation/filing as required
- Prepare an incident review to Loss Prevention Management
- Use park computers and programs to input data
- Assist with other duties as required

Qualifications:
- Enrolled in or graduate of a post-secondary Law Enforcement program or possess equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Present a professional manner and positive attitude
- Candidates must be able to work under stressful conditions while remining calm and patient
- Available to work a flexible hours, including late evenings and weekends
- Must be able to adapt to working in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation to the park
- Possess a valid Ontario Security Guard license, driver’s license and First Aid/CPR certificates
- Previous park experience and knowledge of cash systems is an asset
- Able to wear personal protective equipment deemed necessary to perform this job safely (may include; gloves, mask and/or face shield, non-slip shoes etc)
- Supervisory experience is an asset
- Must provide own CSA approved steel toed black boots
