- Investigate computer and e-commerce fraudunder various streams of information: credit cards involved with e-ticket transactions, park information and external partner’s programs/security software.
- Liaise with outside agencies and guests to collect and investigate potential cyber fraud situations.
- Perform data mining duties and follow up on potential leads.
- Use surveillance monitors to support the investigation process.
- Work with Loss Prevention Management on investigations.
- Complete reports and use park database systems to collect/analyze data.
- Have other opportunities to learn and expand knowledge.

Qualifications:
- You!
- Successful completion of eConnect & Accertify training programs (employment conditional upon completion).
- Individuals enrolled in a post-secondary Forensic Accounting/Computer Security program or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience with unencrypted data (an asset).
- Individuals with a passion and excitement about Canada’s Wonderland.
- Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
