Attends and oversees catered and non‑catered events and serves as the liason and onsite representative for the Group
Sales Department between the client and park catering/operations departments. Oversees and coordinates KBF sales
and marketing internal events including client appreciation events, charity walks, etc. Addresses, resolves and
communicates appropriate responses to customer/strategic partner requests, emergencies or concerns. Interacts wit the
customer and park teams, answering questions, troubleshooting ticketing or event issues, providing solutions and
communicating effectively to ensure the event is swioccseeful for all attendeees.
Assists with completing paperwork and data entry pertaining to pre‑planning of events, confirming all information is
accurate. Prepares all paperwork and materials required prior to the start o events and completes a checklist on‑site to
verify rediness for the event. Communicate directly with clients to provide detailed information regarding their upcoming
Serves as onsite contact person day of event. Delivers top line customer/partner service. Communicates regularly with
sales clients keeping them updated on activity. Conducts client site inspections and FAM tours. Works diplomatically
with clients and partners and communicates prepositionally and appropriately when issues arise. Plans and coordinates
with appropriate departments, to execution and post event follow up and evaluation with Sales/Marketing representative
and/ore client/strategic partner. Liaison with outside vendors who are assigned for on‑site events.
Serves as lead team member for all components of Caterease event booking system. Including, but not limited to:
Consult with vendor on program updates, training of new and existing team members, evaluation of trends in our bookings,
develop of canned and custom reports, updates to program templates as needed and annual pricing updates. Leads
weekly meeting between Sales and Catering to review each upcoming event in detail. In conjunction with Sales Manager
and Sales Rep will follow‑up with clients post even for feedback and notes.
Assist Sales Manager in proactively prospecting for clients through lead generation, telemarketing efforts, initiating sales
calls and attends and participates in industry trade shows as needed. Participates in any client site inspections as
needed. Assists in planning of sales presentations, program launch events and client appreciation events.
Builds and maintains customer relationships through superior client service and follow‑up communications. Delivers
topline customer service and program follow‑up ensuring client is completely satisfied with the KBF or Soak City
experience. Reviews post event client satisfaction surveys, investigates and resolves client concerns with program and/or
events. Captures accurate and complete prospect and client information. Inputs, manage and expands client data base
for the organization using CRM.
