Guest Services Associate

$17.50 / hour

• Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years. 
• Candidates must be available to work Thursday - Sunday until 1 am.

You’ll also

• Complete sales transactions, upgrades, redemptions and Group Sales. 
• Work with other departments to provide guests with enjoyable experiences and positive solutions. 
• Resolve guest issues and concerns over the phone, in person, and through email.
• Assist admissions supervisory team with the operation, and close out procedures. 
• Assist guests with ride accommodations, and our RAP program. 
• Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.

• You!
• Previous retail sales experience or a willingness to learn.
• Someone who is cheerful and has a courteous manner with a natural smile.
• Someone who enjoys working and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Individuals with a passion and excitement about Canada’s Wonderland.
• Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
