Overview:

The Marketing Insights Analyst will be responsible for monitoring marketing channels, providing strategic recommendations based off in-flight campaign performance data analysis. Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations to influence the conversions of tactics and optimize spend, while driving demand for admission and hotel unit goals. Build and automate tools within marketing tech stack to streamline marketing ops and insights.


Responsibilities:
  • Safeguard campaign set up for successful measurement, including learning strategy and tagging structure. Proactively monitor media landscape to evolve marketing channel weight. Conduct comprehensive analysis of campaign performance, optimizations, and issues as you provide weekly breakdown to marketing team of ways to improve campaign performance.
  • Partner with business intelligence team to develop the story around product sales throughout the year, inputting marketing analysis to help procure a holistic story. Monitor, collect, manipulate, and present the story around advertising/marketing performance across channels and how each touchpoint influences performance.
  • Identify opportunities to expand digital marketing tracking and automate the reporting process to get reliable data and information to execution teams to make decisions and pivot strategies. Become SME on web analytics and work with eCommerce team to understand web data structure.
  • Assist Marketing Analytics Manager in building data platform in new tool. Connect with canned APIs, manage ETLs, create data sets and tables, build custom user-friendly reports, help develop marketing attribution and attendance models, develop custom apps to automate digital marketing processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics and related fields
  • 2-4 years of work related experience
  • Power user - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
