Overview:

Kings Dominion has an opportunity at front desk in our housing department. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, enforcing safety guidelines and housing policies.  


Responsibilities:
  • Expected to drive company vehicle to pick up residents from various pick up locations 
  • Maintains inventory of housing issued items: Keys, linens, cleaning supplies, etc. 
  • Ensures residents are following the safety guidelines.
  • Enforces housing policies and procedures. 
  • Collects and distributes employee mail and packages. 
  • Processes residents in and out while collecting their information for housing files. 

Qualifications:
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law. 
  • Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
