- Maintain and repair all, restaurant and food related equipment, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and associated controls.
- Assist licensed trade members in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Department.
- Be responsible for the condition of assigned area/equipment.
- May monitor and inspect plant equipment and systems for normal operation.
- May diagnose and troubleshoot various equipment faults.
- Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.

Qualifications:
- You!
- Individuals enrolled in or a graduate from an HVAC related program.
- Natural gas pipe fitter (G3) certification.
- Someone who is mechanically inclined and adept at equipment repair and troubleshooting.
- Someone who is comfortable with heights and ladder work.
- Individuals with a valid Ontario’s driver’s license (G/G2) and can provide their own CSA approved work shoes.
- An understanding of standard practices, refrigeration and building control systems and relevant codes (an asset).
- Previous experience with hand power tools and test equipment (an asset).
- Availability that includes working rotating shifts starting at 6am.
