Training and Development Intern - Spring/Summer

$17.50 / Hour 

18+ earns $17.50/ hour.

Joining our Schlitterbahn team means you’ll train across multiple departments while multi-tasking to complete a variety of day-to-day job functions.

You'll also... 

• Prepare, deliver, and document Diversity Equity & Inclusion training, Diversity Equity and Inclusion Training, Leadership Trainings, and various other training courses to seasonal and full time staff member.
• Maintain the Dayforce Learning Management System for all HR trainings and work with departments on LMS compliance for department specific trainings. 
• Assist in developing training content for a variety of deliveries. This includes but is not limited to eLearnings, PowerPoints, training videos, participant/facilitator guides, and learning assessments.
• Work with other T&D interns to maintain the tracking and completion for all trainings and the sequence of trainings each associate is responsible for. Communicate with associates on next steps and work with departments to maintain enrollments and training requirements.
