Overview:

The B2B Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience will have a good understanding of B2B marketing strategies and be adept at driving demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition. You will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that align with our business goals and enhance our brand presence in the B2B space, supporting Regional Sales teams.


Responsibilities:
  • Support the creation and implementation of marketing collateral for use in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Create and manage compelling content tailored to our B2B audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email newsletters, and social media content for use by regional sales team and Salesforce. 
  • Support the implementation and optimize lead generation strategies, including email marketing and SEO.
  • Support the development of lead nurturing workflows to move prospects through the sales funnel effectively.
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns collaborating with the Campaign Insights team.
  • Review and present detailed reports on campaign performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Utilize insights to adjust marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Qualifications:
  • Education required: B.S. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or another related field
  • Minimum years of experience required: 2-3 years in marketing, with previous experience developing a successful lead generation and nurturing program
  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Understanding of online ticketing a plus
